You can actually put it in bedrock it only might be a bit more complicated than using java, I dont have bedrock but id reckon if you searched %appdata% in the search bar and then double click roaming it should have something like ".minecraft" then once your in there double click resource packs and then from your browser as im using google drag it into the folder and it should work
and also some packs are copyed so if they have a duplicate of the pack inside just drag it out onto the folder page where it should be.
edit: also this should only work on windows

Oh, I know where the file location is, it's more complicated of a location than java, but you can find it with a google search. I don't know if it will work, It might work a little differently, but I will try.

Oh I'm sorry, but I have no idea how to make bedrock texture packs. I'll look into it when I find the time though, but there's no guarantee I'll actually make a version for it. Alternatively, since you don't need permission to use my textures, feel free to make it yourself!

Tips for what you are doing:

emissive things are shaders

Variations are through the terrain_texture.json (you can probably find a youtube video explaining how to do variations)

you should download the standard bedrock pack here: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/addons (scroll down)

Also, because of renderdragon, (if you didn't know, bedrock has updated its rendering engine) emissive ores might not be possible. (before renderdragon, there was utility packs like chunk borders, but those no longer have been made with shaders after renderdragon)
