Well he is allowed to uploads a texture pack that is 5 percent done... Why else would it be there?

It's encouraged not to upload a tp that's barely %5 done, even though it's allowed. So basically, people want tps to be more than %5 so that they can actually have more blocks to use.

Like I agree with that but I mean as in it is still allowed... nothing you can really do about it.

hey, he's allowed to do that, so be quiet! theres no rule # that says: "yo cannot post a texture pack thats 5% done" so dont complain

It's basically a spam for xp, and spam isn't allowed. So in a way, it's not allowed.

I only upload it so more people know my TP.
So maybe some people havs searched yesterday a TP and find mine, so they wait for Updates and have found one...
