We've reached a major milestone! The entirety of the "Building Blocks" tab in the Creative inventory is now completely 2D!

Here's what's new:
- Added a custom item for the Amethyst Cluster (not the other stages yet, though)
- Added Barrel
- Added Concrete Powders
- Added Brain, Bubble, Fire, Horn, and Tube Coral Blocks, along with their dead variants
- Added a fancier Pointed Dripstone sprite
- Added Grindstone (might redraw—for now, it's flat like the Bell and Campfires and Lanterns, but it doesn't fit as well with the other items)
- Added Stonecutter (also flat like the Grindstone)
- Touched up Prismarine Bricks
- Shifted the block model on the player's head so that Carved Pumpkins look kinda like masks instead of banners
