How to make a name for a texture pack:

*random word* Craft

The pack is okay. Since it's your first texture pack, it's not too bad. But you should experiment with different textures, not just "simplify" most of the defaults.

I havent seen Fv disco's but i could be that they are simular and yes i used the default as a template
