Some parts of this pack I plan to make in the future are already included in VanillaTweaks in addition to many other features. I have no relation to VanillaTweaks, though I am partly inspired by their work.
In the gallery, I show the 3D plant pack stacked on top of
Ewanhowel5915's F8thful (https://resourcepack.net/f8thful-resource-pack/) and
Vattic's Faithful 32x32 (https://resourcepack.net/faithful-32x32-resource-pack/)
This pack modifies : Any plant modeled as just 2 overlapping diagonal textures, Amethyst crystals, Mushrooms, Tall flowers (excluding sunflowers), Hanging roots, Coral (not fans), Nether vines, Cobwebs, Dripleaf,
I have changed the code Minecraft uses to render plant textures so the plant textures are stretched over cubes instead of 2d rotated images. You can stack this on any other pack, though 16 by 16 works the best.

As for the plants looking bad, currently, the tops of a lot of pixels in the plants arent being rendered since the texture pack wraps plant textures around rectangles and isnt told to make pixels in the middle of those rectangles so the plants end up being hollow. I tried a different method where each pixel of the texture makes a cube, but it was extremely resource intensive so I won't be posting it.
This should be able to stack on any other texture pack that is 16 by 16 pixels. However it doesnt quite work with packs smaller or larger. In the future I might make a forge page where you can download a different version depending on your situation.
