Rename a stick with the things down below (not affected by lower or upper case letters)

I paste the pack into my texture packs folder and drag it into the miencraft texture packs section but it doesnt seem to be there

Hi there, to use the pack you need to copy the folder named 3D Wands that's inside the zip file and after that paste it in the resourcepacks folder.

Can U make the wands bow and arrows so you can shoot them? Also I like how u didn't change the original item as when u play on a server other ppl may not want to have their bow or a stick as a wand.

You could look to nongfu's mystic staves addon for guidance
