A Deep Blue Nether is not much more than a late night remark about how cool the nether would be if it was blue. Well I made that happen and it is indeed very cool. Take a look.

EDIT (3/31/23): I've only just discovered YasKing's Blue Nether pack. I'm certain there are more packs like this that do essentially the same thing. This was a complete work of my own mind and is not intended to copy or replace anyone else's Blue Nether packs.

That said- I do think my pack does a better job of preserving the original feel of the Nether, making it new and fresh but not so alien and weird that it no longer feels like the Nether.

I realized Ancient Debris became significantly easier to find with the blue walls around it, so I updated it to match the blue aesthetic as well. This does not alter the color of any Netherite items, only the Ancient Debris block.

Very nice! You could have changed the Nether Wastes fog colour, however (if that is even possible on Java Edition).

I'm not 100% sure how to do that, but I did think about it when making the pack. However, I do think the contrast between the blue landscape with the red fog looks pretty cool and I'm not bothered with it
