i can't upload the new textures because its paid and if i did it will be piracy, and i got these pumpkin textures from a beta version and it wasn't paid

I can't seem to get it to work in my game. No matter how I do it, be it dragging it into the resourcepacks folder while in game, or manually putting it in and then launching the game, it doesn't work correctly; not even being recognized as a valid texture pack. I don't know if this is an issue on my end or something of that nature, but I am playing on the correct version (1.21.4). Please tell me if I am doing something wrong, I don't want to hastily claim that your mod is broken somehow.

im not sure what's wrong with it, it should be working
you could try the alternative version
if nothing works for you you could drag the texture files into another texture pack folder and hopefully it works for you ^^
