When 21w07a came out and it changed gold ore to look like Nether gold ore, I really liked it. It made all gold ore look identical to one another. Then the next snapshot came and the shape changed. This resource pack brings back the nether gold ore shape. The shape is the same, but each changed ore still has the same gold colors. Gilded Blackstone was also changed.

Hmmmm I like the colours on the gilded blackstone; I didn't realize it was unique. Time to fix/update my textures??????

Yea, gilded blackstone uses a darker palette. Nether gold ore also uses a slightly redder palette compared to overworld gold ore.

21w07a didn't just use the same shape for overworld gold ore, it just copied nether gold ore completely. So in case you're wondering why they changed it.

It looks really good! I think the reason why it was changed is because Nether gold ore drops nuggets, and gold ore drops gold ingots.
