it changes the new nether update items to look more like the alpha/ pre-1.14 textures

I only created the new nether textures everything before is from Mojang.

*instructions*
1. Download
2. Go to %appdata% in the run app
3. .minecraft folder
4. unzip in resourcepacks folder
5. use above programmer art for best results
