I created a selection of resource packs that changes the default color of wandering traders, but maintains their vanilla style. The download link is to a website made by me and it should list each variant. You can also use the website to make your own enchantment glint!

Dang, I wish this used optifine so the trader has a random chance to do any one of these.

Yeah unfortunately minecraft bedrock edition has a feature where you can change mob textures with resource packs like you can with items, but java edition doesnt have it so I had to make separate resource packs.
