Nitwits always kinda felt out of place to me, like they just didn't work for unclear reasons reason. It's not like they were visibly elderly, they weren't like poets or like disabled or anything they just kinda hung out and didn't do anything. Them being retired villagers adds some neat lore along with making more sense in general. Like I'm all for the town having non-working people in it or ones that aren't very economy-ish like they don't trade cause they do public stuff. Like a town "they mooch but like everyone likes them so it's fine" has been a thing for ages but the nitwits didn't really have enough to invoke that or anything else really. They just kinda... were there. Like I'd love a bard that did nothing but have a funny hat and go doot sometimes to add character to villages but we just got "the green guys who do absolutely nothing" Like are they a town fool? Are they just sickly? Do we like them? I have questions U:<

love the idea of the nitwit having at least SOME use. creating immersion and world building probably isnt super important to a lot of people. but i love this stuff! great work!!
