keeps crashing my minecraft when im using it and cant change it i cant remove it either please fix this!

*headbang* its not his fault your computer cant handle it. You system is most likely not allocating enough memory to java therefor crashing it when ever it goes over 1gb. So move it from the resource packs folder or rename it... therefor Minecraft will not recognise it and you can avoid applying it at startup.

Myself and the wife love this texture pack.. i reverted our server back to 1.5.2 just because it didnt work when i converted it to a resource pack (update it) ;)
