2.Go to settings!

3.Click "Resource Packs..."!

4.Drag and drop the downloaded zip file to the Minecraft screen!

5.Click "Yes"!

6.Select "Animated RGB bar.zip"!

7.Click "Done"!

wish this only affected the XP bar. however it replaces all the GUI icons so I can't use it over any other pack such as vanilla tweaks.. can you change this?

thats the hard part about these you cant change that you have to choose one of the packs vanilla tweaks or rainbow xp bar
