    -This is a very light texture pack that only makes changes to the game torches, the Redstone, and the normal torch, adding animations frames.
    -You can use it with particles but don't put particles at "all" because it will hide the torches' animations.
    -remember to always let the animations on or else it will not work.
    -The textures in the background are my personal Minecraft texture, maybe I'll publish it in the future as well.
    -Required optifine

    I'm sorry but, even costing the same as a PS5 there, my computer does not have the power to run Minecraft above version 1.14, I would buy a good pc but it would cost about 1200 dollars, which is very expensive in the USA and 5 times more expensive in Brazil, where I live. So no, I really wish I could make things and play the latest Minecraft versions or new generation games, but unfortunately, I can't. :')

    Wait two things, if its a texture why would partials being on or off affect it, and WHY WOULD OPTIFINE BE REQUIRED!?

    first, excess particles will overshadow the animation, second as far as I know optifine is the only way to run animated textures.

    textures can be animated in regular texture packs.
