Wasn't this used in an april fools update way back when everybody's skin turned to villagers and this was replaced with the default sound pack?

I remember that element pack from a couple years ago. This is a nice addition, quite funny. Always like having alternate sound effects in Minecraft. Pew Pew Pew.
