The idea and textures are great but kind of plain. You should try adding noise to your textures.

I think I might do a parrot variation be messenger hawks probably
As for foxes being fire ferrets that's also a good idea I'll think about it but I feel like there might be somthing better

Another suggestion might be the bees being the buzzard wasps. Similar to the ones from the desert.

i might make the phantoms buzzard wasps actually since the buzzard wasps where quite aggresive
