This pack has adds batarangs to minecraft also im adding a new texture every week adn this has fairly good shading
that i think the pickiest of minecraft players.
The shading wil be fixed better please give feed back of what else i should add.

Also, another quick idea,
put some more work into the textures you make, instead of just quickly doodling a bat insignia...

Agreed, and maybe you should wait until you have more textures to post? 
Because most people don't want to use a texturepack that only changes a few texures....
(This is not to be mean, just giving you my advice =D)
