Level 23 : Expert Dragon

Changed pandas to Kodiak bears and brown pandas to spectacled bears. Also changed foxes to grey raccoons and arctic foxes to lighter grey racoons. The sadness is because bedrock doesnt allow random alternate mob textures. It would have all the variants I made otherwise.
