Silly simple pack I made that adds support for enchantment and potion tooltips up to level 255 since vanilla tooltips just show broken translation strings when levels are granted above a certain point. Potion values are incremented by one since they treat 0 as their starting point as compared to enchantment's 1. Only US English is supported, but it should be easy enough to port to your own local language as preferred.
