This is absolutely amazing! I used to dislike allays but after this, I now have a collection of them and they are just so adorable!

when i load the pack the allays are not changed, does it need be named something?

it works on my end
check if you have another resource pack that changes the allays installed or check in Options -> Video Settings -> Quality -> Custom Entity Models to see if they are enabled

The eyes or the wheels? I made the wheels yellow-ish because in Ezekiel 1:16 the wheels are described as "sparkling like topaz" and for the eyes I just color-picked steve's eyes and went with it.
