OK I found what the problem is, optifine thinks that the textures for the items is a basic texture dimintion for minecraft so this means that a texture has to be 4 multiplied by an even number to work properly with optifine, this means that only numbers like 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64. Thats why the blocks (with a four by four texture) aren't effected negativly by optifine but the items (With a six by six texture) are. I was going to resize the textures to 16*16 but of course 6 cant be multiplied by any whole number to get 16. There might be a way to fix this other than resizing the textures, but I honestly have no idea I'll see what I can do.

If I Knew why I would say I like optifine to, if someone found out why it would be nice. The items get antialiasing or something like that.and it makes it look super bad.

I edited the textures seperatly, it only took about 2 weeks to make this but I didn't do it alll in a big clup i did it slowly over a month.
