These are the following mobs and their blocks:
Snowman = Bookshelf
Slime = Obsidian
Squid = Lapis
Zombie Pigman = Netherrack
Chicken is Sand
Cow is Diamond Block
Creeper is Gold Block
Enderman is Iron Block
Blaze is Lava
Ghast is Glowstone
Sheep is Stone (And when sheared there is stone too)
Skeleton is Redstone
Spider is Wood
Zombie is Bedrock
