This texture pack simply changes the dripstone to be blocky just like some Java Edition texture packs have.

Originally from MCPEDL but wanted to post the pack here which now takes even less storage space (and because I posted it a long time ago). from: https://mcpedl.com/blocky-dripstone-resource-pack/ but for some reason I don't have access to that post anymore.
Most of the information on there is still relevant here, except for dripstone being in the game now.
