Minecraft has an block state for saplings named stage, which becomes 1 as the sapling grows up. What this pack does is add a custom model for stage=1 which resembles the tree the sapling will grow into.

This pack has no support for modded trees/saplings. You may create packs for this purpose and release them anywhere, as long as it links back to this pack.
