It automatically diamonds and favorites your submission whenever you post one. He's not being cheap nor is he cheating, Planet Minecraft just has it set that way. He can do what he wants. He can't, however, create alt accounts on PMC and get endless diamonds otherwise all of his alt accounts and his main account would get banned.
