BlurCraft is a 16x16 standard resolution texture pack for vanilla Minecraft. Using blurring and shading BlurCraft hides individual pixels giving the look and feel of a high resolution Texture pack without requiring the Mods or CPU of one. It also comes with some new sounds and music using the new resource packs.
BlurCraft is fairly similar to default making it easy to get used too and navigate, but is much smoother, looks more natural and will make most landscapes, buildings and scenery look even more impressive.

BlurCraft is only semi complete, and will be updated in future, any support is great and helps alot!

Blurcraft is 1.8.1 ready, so theres a nicer thumbnail :)

So you just took the default textures and used a blur tool/filter on them?

That's what I wanted to do when I started, but early in I realized that doesn't work. The textures don't fit together correctly, and things like bricks and planks loose their definition and become smudges. So no, I actually had to paint every texture by hand and test for continuity in game :I
