How to install Minecraft Resource Packs

A pretty basic resource pack, designed to make the operation of tunnel bores more streamlined in the deepslate layers. All it does is retexture gravel to have a bright red texture, alongside with an optional emissive texture if you have the mods to support it (I personally use MoreMcmeta emissive textures but to each their own). Can certainly be a lifesaver in some scenarios where it's hard to see obstructions.

Updated to 1.21.11 because apparently old packs have a deprecated pack.mcmeta format that makes them not show up in modern versions.
