This is a texture pack that changes the look of the bogged skeleton into a female bogged skeleton. This texture pack only affects the stray and does not require optifine to use.
You might have to extract the file and then put inside the resource folder instead of just placing the zip file into the resource folder. If there is an issue with getting the texture pack to work, just let me know in the comments.
