Tweaks and fixes the animation of the vanilla bow

Features:
-Added a fourth charge frame for bows that'll show if the bow can fire a crit arrow
-Added a feather to the back of the arrow in the bow and crossbow textures

-Changes string color to white to match vanilla string color

Optifine is not required

This is very nice looking, I really love that the bow kind of curves a bit more, like in most PvP texture packs. You should check out the really popular Vanilla Tweaks and suggest this feature to be added to their website
