This is quite nice & I would like to do a screencap showcase of it, but can you make the water transparent & get rid of the white around the flowers & mushrooms in the finished one?

yes the white will be gone in the next one (that was just a texture prob)
when u texture water in the terrain.png it doesn't work (do u know how to texture water?)
the finished one is nearly done. I just need to texture items.png

Yeah, in photoshop you make a new layer over the water, color over the water, set transparency for the layer between 50-70%, delete the original water, flatten image, & save. I can make you a screencap demo if you need.
