Hello! If any builders are reading this, you most likely know how awesome it would be to get some new blocks and that no good builder ever uses bricks simply because of the fact that they are one of the most dull blocks in the game. So I am making a texture pack that edits blocks that no one uses and either makes them better versions of themselves, or replaces them with completely different blocks that aren't in the game. I want a idea as to what the community would like to see added, so I made a forum about it. Feel free to leave your suggestions: I will add most of them! Here is the current list of changes made by this texture pack:
Terracotta (previously hardened clay) has been replaced by a stucco-like block.
Sandstone has been replaced with a new variant of brick: sandstone brick!
Bricks have been drastically improved. They now are mixed bricks instead of solid red ones.
The evil pumpkin-carver has been put in jail.
Who ever uses wet sponge? No one? That's exactly what I thought. How often do people create cherry blossom trees in minecraft? Every day? Also exactly what I thought. I changed wet sponge to cherry blossom leaves with dew dripping from them. I am thinking about making a new particle for it that makes leaves fall from it.
End stone. The annoying cobble stone re-texture. As request by someone on the forums, I turned them into granite bricks.
Endstone bricks. Y'know, that block that every builder started to freak out over only to be disappointed? Well, as requested, it's now a dark brick block. Except it looks nothing like what the requester asked for soz.

Wait, what do you mean the dead bush!? Oh well, might as well tell you. I was going to make a living bush. I was doing this at 4 am and my mind was insanely foggy. So I accidentally made the leaves the brightest shade of purple on the color spectrum. I then saved the file and moved on with my life. Around 1 pm I went back to work on the texture pack and only then I realized what I had done. I made a attempt to save it and it didn't look pretty.
