Adds working calendars that constantly show the current date!

Renaming a clock to "Calendar" in an anvil turns it into a calendar, allowing for both clocks and calendars to be usable at the same time.

No mods required - works on versions 1.21.5 and above

Added 8 unique calendar designs for the following days:
- Jan 1st
- Feb 14th
- Feb 29th
- Apr 1st
- Oct 31st
- Dec 24th
- Dec 25th
- Dec 31st
- Feel free to suggest more special days to add in future updates! I can only add them if they're on the same day every year though
Fixed an issue where calendars would say the month was November during December

That's a bug sorry, the model for December calendars links to the wrong texture. I'll get out a fix as soon as possible!
