For some reason, the Nebula part of the texture pack won't show up. The moon and sun appear but the actual nebula isn't there but it's in the file, what should I do?

It's Optfine. They changed it so the latest version breaks custom skies. Luckily it's an easy fix. Watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SvkWw_xKNYM

I'm currently in the process right now of updating all my texture packs to be universal so they'll work with any version of Optifine.
