BIG UPDATE: 1-4-2022
I've officially released this pack to the public domain!



I've gotten a few requests from people wanting just my night sky as a resource pack, so I've created the "Milky Way Galaxy" resource pack, one of which containing the moon phases. This pack was initially created years ago using a free sky texture template.

UPDATE 3/3/2020: Added NO ATMOSPHERE Version!

Here is a quick cinematic of the pack:



Note that this pack requires Optifine to work. I have tested it and it works in versions 1.7 - 1.18.1, it will say "may be outdated." Just ignore and use, it still works.


Also note, your view distance "must" be at least "8" in order to see the night sky.
