How to install Minecraft Resource Packs

This resource pack contains many textures that are present in the "Programmer Art" resource pack, but also includes consistency additions that fix the appearance of block variations like netherrack and deepslate to make them consistent with the base blocks.

With this resource pack, the game looks and feels like the Texture Update never happened.

The proper order of priorities for all my "Classic" resource packs is as follows:
