Recolors the new Ghast texture, the Happy Ghast, Ghastling, and the final stage of the Dried Ghast's hydration to use the colors from the Programmer Art Ghast texture.

Should work on any version as the regular Ghast's textures are in the same location, but this is designed for snapshot 25w15a, which is the first snapshot to include the Happy Ghast mob and its features.

Yeah it's outright smaller than the regular Ghast. And when you put the harness on it gets even smaller.
