It is not realy default but it style was like an new generation default.

GUI: Crafting, Furnace, Inventory, GUI, Items
Terrain: 100% finish
Items: Sign,Chest, Large Chest, Ender Chest
CTM: 100% finish

It is 16x16 Texture Pack. It is a clean looking texture pack. Ver.
1.3.0 means it is in 1.3 update

This is also compatible with Minecraft 1.4+

Steps:
1.) Download the Texture Pack
2.) Open the downloaded file with WinRar or 7-zip
3.) Click Start
4.) Type %appdata% then enter
5.) Click .Minecraft
6.) Click texturepacks and put the 2 texturepacks over there
7.) * Be Sure to use Optifine Mod or mc_patcher
8.) Have Fun with the Packs

(in 1.4.4, they fixed the bug that the squids are flying D:)
