A Vibrant Visuals resource pack that applies custom color values to Minecraft’s lighting system. This pack focuses purely on recoloring existing light sources, changing how Vibrant Visuals renders illumination without altering gameplay, blocks, or mechanics. This pack is purely for people who like Minecraft's vanilla vibrant visuals but want more color in their world.
It overrides light color definitions for supported point lights and local lighting sources, giving the world a fully customized colored lighting style while still using the base Vibrant Visuals rendering system.
No textures, models, or gameplay features are modified.
========================
REQUIREMENTS
========================
This pack requires the following to function correctly:
- Minecraft Bedrock Edition (latest or near-latest version recommended)
- Vibrant visuals, compatible GPU
Without Vibrant Visuals enabled, the pack will not function, as it depends entirely on the deferred lighting system.
Light-emitting items/blocks supported:
========================
- Torches, lanterns, candles (color variants), and campfires
- Fire, soul fire, lava, and magma blocks
- Glowstone, sea lanterns, and shroomlights
- Copper lights (torches, lanterns, bulbs, all oxidation states)
- Redstone light sources (torches, lamps, ore, blocks)
- End and Nether lighting (portal, end portal, end gateway, respawn anchor, crying obsidian)
- Froglights and amethyst crystals
- Sculk blocks and sensors
- Decorative emitters (beacon, conduit, brewing stand, enchanting table, ender chest)
- Environment emitters (sea pickles, cave vines, light block, dragon egg)
- Education Edition torches
========================
Note: When new light-emitting items/blocks are added, I will update this pack to support the new colorful world.
If you have any ideas on what to change, comment below with the suggestion! I'm listening~
