It discontinued because the pack will be in 64x now, it's coming end of the year/early next year.

He added changelog saying he discontinued, when the page says updated, it means that the page got changed, not necessarily the texture pack itself

The Blockstate of the Cobweb errors, you can fix it by removing the unnecessary " from the json.
