For some reason the spyglass item uses some extremely blueish colors on it, so I decided to fix this problem in order to be consistent with its model counterpart.

List of tweaks and fixes.
The spyglass item glass has been tweaked in order to be consistent with its model counterpart.

if it doesn't work try unzipping the file, going into assets > Minecraft, then create a folder called "textures" and put the item folder inside it. it should work after that.

yeah, they decided to change it as a 2d sprite to make them consistent, but you can still have the 3d model by holding it.
