Quivers require OptiFine!

Too many textures were left out in 1.14, and yes, most archery related items are outdated, which are the bow and arrows, so I decided to update them in order to fit more with JAPPA's style.
Quivers won't work with tipped arrows, there is no way to do this.
List of fixes and tweaks.
-Bows have been updated to fit JAPPA's style.
-Arrows now have flint tips and updated sticks for consistency.
-Added a missing pixel on crossbows.
-10 normal and spectral arrows now turn into quivers (Requires OptiFine!)
-Updated fletching table and fletcher villager arrow.
-Added emissivity to spectral arrows.

  - Include a credits.txt file in pack with my pack and profile link.
-You cannot put these assets behind paywalls.
-You cannot upload this pack as it is, without any modifications or additions.

This is pretty awesome. I'd suggest retexturing bundles with arrows, but a) that's probably not possible, and b) you can't fire arrows out of bundles (yet (hopefully)). MOJANG.



Edit: But isn't the flint tipped arrow heads thing from VanillaTweaks?

I know that VT already made flint tipped arrows, but if you check carefully, Vanilla Tweaks' one is darker than this one, which uses colors from the flint item.
