In this texture pack, cookies are rain. There is also no outline of a pumpkin when you put it on your head. The second one is useful, the first one is funny :) The rain can get a bit obstructing at times by the way.

im trying to get it to work on my minecraft but it wont i have texture packs from idk how many different versions and this is the one that won't work

Again, you could change the texture pack. A texture pack isn't permanent.
