WOAH, looks awesome, I was also thinking of making a texture pack like this, but I don't know how to start, like literally, I don't have a program to do it!

you only need paint net and zip archiver
download.cnet.com/Paint-NET/3000-2192_4-10338146.html
download paint net and then put this files in a folder
achievement,armor,art,environment,item gui,misc,mob,terrain pack text+ picture
particles,terrain,picture
and then start paint net and put the things you whant to change in paint net
to use the texturepack put the files you have change colour and stuff on in a zip archive then in the texturepack folder in minecraft. not jar
