Thats not 16x16 you should change that as some people might be looking for a 16x16 texture pack, resource pack or whatever and your one will pop up and confuze them.
Other then that i think you made a great start

Whatever has NOT been listed will be made afterwards.
This is not the definite order they will be made in, just the probable order.
