It could be worse. It could be a one tone "simplistic" texture pack made in three minutes with Microsoft Paint.

Except it couldn't, because Microsoft Paint wouldn't work. It doesn't support transparency.

Well, I guess you get the point regardless. One tone texture packs made by ten year olds are the worst shit ever. Those texture packs suck so bad it's not even funny.
