To install just unzip using winzip, 7zip or some other unarchiver. Open the texture packs folder in %appdata%/roaming/.minecraft (only on windows)
For macs just go to library/ application support/ minecraft and then put the folder in the texture packs folder.
Enjoy! Also put it in the nether, then it will be a real creeper!
