I know why. Frosted Lemon added an extra set of double quotes where there shouldn't be.
Extract the pack.mcmeta file.
Open it with Notepad and look for "description": "by §7"Frosted Lemon""
Change it to "description": "by §7Frosted Lemon"
Save the file and add it back to the zip and it should over write the current one
