Chest Boats have a tiny mob in a bucket on the boat

Added a Frog Pool Float:
-Replaces Mangrove Boats
-3 Variants that spawn in the biomes that the frogs spawn in
Added Chest Boat Variants:
-Has a bottle on the side of the float
-Has a bucket with a mob inside it in the back of the boat
Created custom item Textures:
-Each boat has an item textures
-Boats are renamed to Floaties
-Replaces Mangrove Boats
-3 Variants that spawn in the biomes that the frogs spawn in
