Danny Phantom Ghost Zone V2

The brand new Ghost Zone pack is here! Upgraded exclusively for 1.14, this pack has twice as much content as the original.
Now, the End is included. In Danny Phantom terms, there are two realms of the ghost zone available to you. So basically, both the Nether and End and the mobs within them are redone. Like the previous pack, the Nether's red sky/fog can't be changed without mods, but the End's sky can! Enjoy the ghostly green End sky!
Also, Illagers are now included (because they reminded me of human-like ghosts such as Johnny 13 and Kitty). I also retextured the Ender Dragon to be more like Aragon. I really like how this turned out.
